We are known to be the providers to providers because our extended schedule and services facilitate access to all, even those with busy schedules like our first responders, medical staff, and allied health professionals. We are revolutionizing the way we deliver high-quality primary care services, and we are committed to providing our patients with the best care.
With our new office, patients can schedule appointments with their primary care providers online. Patients can choose face-to-face, in-office or at-home visits and tele-visits for their convenience. Patients can receive prescriptions, medical advice, laboratory and diagnostics, for continuity of your care. Our tele-visits offer easy, convenient and affordable access to all of those residing in our sunshine state of Florida.

Our in-person home visit/concierge services are convenient for those who are home bound, fragile or if traveling for business or leisure to the Indialantic surrounding area. We can come to you and provide personalized care that meets your changing needs. This service is limited to the Bervard County Area.
Our new virtual office has been designed with your needs in mind for easy and affordable high quality primary care services from the comfort of your home, office, hotel or anywhere you may be in Florida.
We understand the challenges of health care in our nation and how easy patients can find themselves in situations in which they can not access their primary care providers inmediately and we are here to fill the gap.
Our House calls, In-Office and Virtual Visits
At AWA Primary Care, we recognize that life is challenging and keeping up with your preventive care can be difficult. With our extended schedule, our patients can keep up their annual physicals and follow-ups without affecting their day-to-day demands. Our healthcare providers are here to address your medical concerns. Some include but are not limited to: Allergies, cold, flu symptoms, heartburn, abdominal pain, constipation, joint pain, skin lesions, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity/weight loss.
HOUSE CALL VISIT
If traveling for business or leisure to the Indialantic surrounding area and find yourself unwell, this visit is for you. This may also be used for home bound patients. We can come to you and provide personalized care that meets your changing needs. This visit is 30 to 60 minutes long. Additional services like injectables, procedures and/or dressing changes will incurred additional fees.
